Delete your KidsRise account

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open KidsRise and sign in as a parent.
Open the menu and tap Privacy & account.
Tap Delete account, then Continue.
Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

What gets deleted

If you are the only parent: your account and the whole family: kids, activities, challenges, rewards, approvals, photos, videos, voice notes and invitations. Kids are signed out.
If another parent is in the family: only your account and your membership. The family stays with the other parent.

Deletion is permanent.

Can't open the app?

Email igorvinson@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my KidsRise account". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
